Apos Sales Development Representative

Exciting opportunities have just opened up for candidates living in New York City. AposHealth is experiencing rapid growth, and we are now seeking to expand our sales force. We are on the lookout for dynamic and experienced individuals who can effectively penetrate, develop, and manage new territories in New York City. If you possess prior inside and outside medical sales experience and can demonstrate a three-year proven track record, we want to hear from you. Candidates with existing physician relationships will be given preference.

Job Description

The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and arranging in-person meetings. The ideal candidate will possess prior sales experience, be adept at overcoming obstacles, and exhibit a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

  • Must have 3 years of prior sales experience (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
  • Must be willing to travel an average of 50-75% of the time within the designated geographic area (this includes New York, NY and surrounding areas)

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage in cold calling and prospecting to establish new relationships and secure meetings
  • Promote AposHealth to B2B accounts, including physical therapy, primary care, internal medicine, and orthopedic practices
  • Demonstrate expertise in explaining our products to physicians and patients
  • Build effective relationships with clients through strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess organizational skills, self-motivation, and integrity with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability to a fast-changing environment with ease and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Travel within the NYC area to meet with prospects and clinics
  • Experience and comfort using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in tracking all account activities in CRM database
